Installation process
Our installation is quick, simple and effective. Learn how we can easily install GOLIATH™ in your warehouse below.
Step 1
We use a specially designed cutting jig that’s bolted to the existing damaged upright. This allows us to get a factory cut to the upright. The damaged section is cut out using a handheld bandsaw. The cutting jig allows us to make a perfect cut every time.
The damaged upright is removed. We use a prop system to hold the empty racking above in place.
Step 2
GOLIATH™ is fitted into place and all nuts and bolts are loosely fitted which connects the upright and repair kit together.
Step 3
Bracing is bolted back to GOLIATH™ and the prop is lowered, allowing all nuts and bolts to be tightened.
Step 4
GOLIATH™ is then fixed down using two no. M16 double helix floor bolts, designed to work in conjunction with GOLIATH™ to offer extra strength.
Step 5
Installation is complete! You can safely resume your warehouse operations, safe in the knowledge that any previously damaged racking has been repaired or any newly installed racking is protected from day one.
